• Establish a positive and trusting rapport with clients, fostering a safe space for open communication.
• Diagnose and assess mental health disorders through thorough evaluations and clinical interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to provide ongoing support and promote emotional well-being.
• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve therapeutic goals effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and legal standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and refer clients to additional resources when necessary.

As an LMFT at Blue Ridge Hospice Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. • Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience in providing individual and group therapy in clinical settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle administrative tasks effectively.

• Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with outcome measurement tools and evidence-based practices in therapy.
• Previous experience in an outpatient or community mental health setting will be an advantage.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
