Your role will entail a diverse range of responsibilities to help support our client’s mental health journeys. Key duties include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate mental health concerns, personal strengths, and resource availability for each client.
• Delivering individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed approaches.
• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare professionals to formulate and implement client-centered treatment plans that cater to individual needs.
• Offering crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to provide immediate support during acute distress.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards while also tracking client progress and outcomes.
• Facilitating engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups tailored to varied client demographics.

The clients you will work with range from children to adults, addressing a variety of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and other psychological challenges. Your approach will be holistic, providing not just treatment but also instilling resilience and coping strategies to empower self-management.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, providing direct clinical services.
• Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and strong clinical skills in assessment and intervention.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.

Although not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with additional experience in the following areas:

• Experience working with specific populations, such as children or trauma survivors.
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and platforms.
• Participation in clinical supervision or training opportunities.
