Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health conditions to inform tailored treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients achieve their goals.
• Work with clients to establish therapeutic objectives and carefully monitor their progress through regular follow-ups.
• Utilize teletherapy software to facilitate virtual sessions, ensuring the highest standards of client confidentiality and comfort.
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, ensuring that client records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of clients, ranging from children to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. The patients may present with anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and other mood disorders requiring tailored treatment approaches. Your empathetic understanding and professional skills will significantly impact their recovery and overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients.
• A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to understanding client experiences.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to balance a diverse caseload and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting or private practice.
• Strong familiarity with teletherapy tools and digital documentation systems.
• Previous experience working with varied patient populations, particularly in a remote capacity.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
