Position Overview
Impireum Psychiatric Group is seeking Associate Therapists (LCSW-A, LPC-A, LMFT-A) to join our growing, multi-state behavioral health team.
This role is designed for early-career clinicians who want more than just supervision hoursyou'll gain structured training, real clinical experience, and the opportunity to develop within a high-performance, integrated care model.
You will work under the supervision of fully licensed clinicians while delivering therapy in a system built around consistency, accountability, and measurable patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy under supervision using evidence-based approaches
- Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and care teams
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks (eCW)
- Participate in structured supervision and clinical development
- Deliver care via in-person and hybrid settings
Qualifications:
- Associate-level license: LCSW-A, LPC-A, LMFT-A (or equivalent)
- Eligible for supervision under state guidelines
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- High level of accountability and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow structured workflows and documentation standards
