• Conduct secure and confidential remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing telehealth technology to foster therapeutic relationships.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' relational dynamics, mental health challenges, and family contexts, facilitating the creation of individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Deploy family systems theory and systematic interventions in therapy sessions to effectively address communication issues, relationship dynamics, and family stressors.
• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention when needed, prioritizing client and family safety through prompt and empathetic responses.
• Maintain detailed and confidential electronic client records, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Educate clients in effective communication techniques, conflict resolution strategies, and coping mechanisms to strengthen relationships and foster personal growth.
• Collaborate and communicate with a virtual team of therapists and mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Stay current with the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in marriage and family therapy by engaging in continuous professional development and training.

Your work will involve supporting a diverse range of clients, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and families navigating different life stages. • Possession of a current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in your practicing state.
• A master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience in the field is essential for this position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly suited for effective remote interactions with clients.
• A commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality in all therapeutic endeavors.
• Ability to self-manage and work independently in a virtual environment.

• Experience providing remote therapy services is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual client management.
