• Establish and nurture positive, trusting relationships with clients to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Develop, implement, and periodically revise individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of client needs and circumstances.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique experiences.
• Perform ongoing assessments to monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to maximize therapeutic outcomes.
• Utilize various tools and methodologies for assessing mental health status, such as standardized assessment instruments and client feedback.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to discuss treatment plans and modify approaches as needed, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
• Document client interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
