Your role at a glance
The Conga CLM Technical Engineer serves as the primary technical owner of the Conga Contract Lifecycle Management platform. This role oversees daily administration, configuration, maintenance, integrations, and technical enhancements to ensure reliable operations across multiple phases of the CLM program. The engineer partners closely with Legal, Procurement, Sales Operations, Enterprise Architecture, and external vendors to support functional needs and drive continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Administration & Configuration
  • Administer and maintain Conga CLM, including user access, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and licensing.
  • Manage platform configuration: page layouts, record types, templates, clause libraries, workflows/approval flows, notifications, custom fields, and metadata.
  • Monitor system health: performance, logs, scheduled jobs, and error queues.
  • Troubleshoot CLM issues across multiple environments.

Enhancements, Releases & Quality Assurance
  • Maintain and prioritize an internal enhancement backlog in partnership with business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and perform regression testing, release readiness checks, and deployment validation.
  • Maintain UAT support processes and ensure defects are logged, triaged, and resolved.

Integrations Ownership
  • Serve as technical liaison and/or for all CLM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign, ETL tools such as Informatica).
  • Maintain integration documentation including data mapping, transformation rules, file formats, encryption standards, and API specifications.
  • Oversee integration monitoring, error resolution, and cross-system alignment in collaboration with internal IT teams and external vendors.

Documentation & Governance
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation: integration inventory, data flows, field mappings, data dictionaries, configuration documentation, SOPs, release notes, change logs, and issue trackers.
  • Support recurring integration meetings and cross-functional governance discussions.
  • Act as primary liaison with Conga Technical Support and managed services partners.

Business Partnership & Support
  • Collaborate with Legal, Sales Ops, Procurement, and other functions to gather requirements and validate business behavior.
  • Support change management activities through testing cycles, documentation, and communication.
  • Ensure alignment between CLM configuration, business processes, and contract lifecycle requirements.

Knowledge & Attributes:
  • Hands-on experience with integrations (APIs, ETL tools, webhooks).
  • Experience with DocuSign integrations and contract automation workflows.
  • Ability to translate functional requirements into scalable technical configurations.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across multi-system environments.
  • Familiarity with Legal operations or contract lifecycle processes.
  • Experience in large enterprise environments and multi-phase implementation programs.
  • Strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Academic Qualifications & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or directly related field or equivalent work experience usually obtained in 5 years' directly related experience.

Required Experience:
  • 3-5+ years of Conga CLM and Salesforce administration experience.Di
  • Strong Salesforce platform knowledge (security model, custom objects, APIs, workflows).
  • Experience with Conga templates, clause libraries, workflows, and contract object modeling.
  • Experience with UAT coordination, regression testing, and release management.

Physical Requirements:
  • Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending.
  • Able to hear and speak into a telephone.
  • Close visual work on a computer terminal.
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required to operate computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.

Work Conditions & Other Requirements:
  • This position is expected to be remote for the foreseeable future with an occasional need to be onsite in a shared work environment.
  • Extensive daily usage of workstation or computer.
  • Must be comfortable working in a highly critical, fast paced environment with shifting priorities.

Compensation Pay Range
"This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device.
NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $90,700.00 - $160,000.00.
All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
