Job description

Job Title: Icertis Administrator
Location: Remote (Boston, MA)
6–12 Months Contract (W2/C2C) - (Extension Possible)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Icertis Administrator to manage and support the Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. This role will be responsible for system configuration, user management, troubleshooting, and day-to-day administration of the Icertis application. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of contract lifecycle management processes, system configurations, and integration support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage the Icertis CLM platform, including user roles, permissions, and configurations.
  • Work closely with legal, procurement, and business teams to support ongoing contract management needs.
  • Maintain system workflows, templates, clause libraries, and metadata fields.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to performance, access, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with Icertis support and internal IT to resolve system bugs, release management, and upgrades.
  • Support UAT testing and change management processes for new features or configuration updates.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to Icertis configurations, processes, and standards.
  • Train users on system capabilities, enhancements, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Overall IT Experience: 9-12+ Years
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering the Icertis Contract Management platform.
  • Solid understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM) workflows and business processes.
  • Experience with configuration tasks in Icertis: workflows, templates, clause libraries, metadata, etc.
  • Familiarity with user access control, roles, permissions, and data security in Icertis.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve system issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support end-users and collaborate across teams.
  • Experience working in agile or ticket-based support environments (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Icertis Certified Administrator (if available)
  • Experience with Icertis integrations (SAP, Salesforce, DocuSign, etc.)
  • Exposure to basic scripting or configuration logic within Icertis
  • Prior experience supporting enterprise legal or procurement teams
