Role or Purpose of Position

The Social Media & Email Marketing Manager is responsible for driving Vitamin Angels' growth through consistent, engaging, and impactful digital initiatives across social media and email.

This role drives performance at both ends of Vitamin Angels' marketing funnel: building awareness, engagement, and audience growth at the top through organic and paid social media, and driving conversions, revenue, and donor retention at the bottom through email marketing. Working closely with the Director of Digital Marketing, the Social Media & Email Marketing Manager connects these channels into one integrated engine, growing audiences on social and converting them into engaged subscribers and supporters through email.

The Manager will drive performance across existing channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, email) while monitoring the landscape, continually evolving strategies for emerging platforms (TikTok, Bluesky, WhatsApp, Reddit, etc.).
