• Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies aligned with occupancy and business objectives.

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition.
• Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing paid media budgets ranging from $10K-$100K+ per month.
• Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and marketing analytics.
• Experience collaborating with revenue management teams.
• Familiarity with hotel booking funnels, direct booking strategies, and hotel metasearch platforms.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Agency experience managing multiple hospitality clients is a plus.
