What You'll Do
Campaign Operations & Martech

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across campaign documentation and systems

Paid Media QA & Execution
  • Review and QA paid media assets across platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, or similar) prior to launch
  • Validate creative specs, copy, and targeting to ensure campaigns are accurate and on-brand
  • Partner with media teams to support smooth campaign launches

Content Coordination & Project Ownership
  • Route creative assets to internal teams and external partners with clear direction and timelines
  • Manage smaller marketing projects end-to-end, including tracking progress and approvals
  • Maintain strong organization across multiple campaigns and deadlines

Retail & In-Store Marketing Support

  • Partner with retail and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate execution in stores
  • Help connect digital campaigns with the in-store customer experience

What You Bring
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing, brand, or project coordination (internships welcome)
  • Exposure to digital marketing or paid media fundamentals
  • Experience using project management or workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Workfront, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

Nice to Have
  • Experience in retail, fashion, or consumer brands
  • Exposure to in-store marketing or signage production
  • Experience working with creative teams or external agencies

Who You Are
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Accountable and proactive in managing your work
