• Conduct ethical, empathetic mental health counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring that each interaction is rooted in compassion and professionalism.
• Utilize solution-focused therapy and evidence-based treatment modalities, tailoring your approach to each client's unique needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that clearly define the therapeutic goals and methods, while continuously adapting them based on client progress.
• Facilitate client self-discovery by encouraging insights into their experiences, feelings, and relationships.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to foster the development of healthy coping mechanisms.

Your primary focus will be stable, low-acuity adults who are actively seeking support. By engaging with clients during their mental health journeys, you’ll have the opportunity to provide critical interventions that enhance their capacity for coping and resilience. Through our telehealth services, you will connect with a diverse clientele, reflecting a broad spectrum of cultural backgrounds and personal experiences.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).
• Demonstrated experience providing therapy in a remote setting, or a willingness to adapt to teletherapy platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish a warm rapport with clients in a virtual format.
• A strong commitment to cultural competence and providing inclusive mental health care.

Experience in a telehealth setting and familiarity with electronic health record systems would be advantageous. Candidates with a history of collaboration in multidisciplinary teams or participation in community mental health initiatives will be particularly valued.

• Competitive yearly compensation in the range of USD 115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
