• Conduct individual therapy sessions using our integrated online therapy platform, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for clients.
• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans by conducting thorough assessments and consultations with clients to understand their unique mental health needs.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on evolving needs and objectives while incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential client records in compliance with regulatory standards to ensure high-quality care and accountability.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing mental health practice, maintaining professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and seniors struggling with a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your personalized approach will allow you to build trusting relationships with clients, guiding them toward achieving their mental health goals and enhancing their quality of life.

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, including options such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for creating a supportive environment for clients.
• Comfortable using technology to conduct remote therapy sessions, with a proactive attitude toward learning new tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills while still contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

• Previous experience in providing individual therapy, with an understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and virtual therapy protocols to streamline client interactions and enhance service delivery.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the cultural factors that influence mental health treatment.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year.
