In this role, you will work remotely, connecting with clients from the comfort of your home or other flexible locations. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, utilizing various diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients’ unique goals and challenges, adapting strategies as necessary to track their progress.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and empathetic atmosphere where clients can express their thoughts and feelings freely.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to reach clients who may have mobility issues or preference for virtual interactions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient interactions and therapy outcomes in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Engage in continuous professional education to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in mental health therapy.

You will work with a variety of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relational issues, and those working through trauma. Our client base may include families and couples, each requiring a tailored approach to therapy. Your role will focus on building trusting relationships, fostering resilience, and guiding clients towards meaningful change.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that foster robust therapist-client relationships.
• A compassionate and nonjudgmental approach to client care, exhibiting empathy for diverse perspectives and experiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills that facilitate managing a productive caseload and administrative responsibilities.

• Familiarity with therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or other modalities beneficial for family and relational dynamics.
• Experience in working with addiction and recovery issues would be an asset, as it aligns with our commitment to holistic health.
• Prior remote therapy experience is preferable, though we are committed to supporting your smooth transition into this setting.

• Base salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
