Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health concerns and collaborate with them in developing effective treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
  • Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions applying evidence-based techniques to address a broad spectrum of mental health issues, ensuring individualized care for each client.
  • Provide crisis intervention services and support to clients in distress while ensuring a safe environment for all individuals served.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic medical records systems where applicable.

Compensation and Benefits
