• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, including identifying mental health concerns and familial dynamics through interviews and standardized tools.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with client goals, presenting issues, and therapeutic techniques.
• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using diverse therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Systems Theory.
• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Document therapy sessions and client interactions in compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Facilitate workshops and support groups aimed at enhancing relationship skills and coping strategies.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources to foster a multidisciplinary approach to client care.

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and parenting issues. • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with clients and establish rapport.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to manage client information and appointment scheduling.

• Experience in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with family therapy modalities and the facilitation of group therapy sessions.
• Previous work with children, adolescents, and families, particularly in community or outpatient settings.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
