Job description

We are looking for a Sr. Biometrics Program Coordinator (Sr. BPC) to join our A-team (office-based*/remote). As a Sr. BPC at Allucent, you are supporting the development and implementation of program management services with the support of the Manager, Biometrics Program Management and other project team members. This position involves controlling and monitoring project activities from initiation through closure while adhering to standards with respect to cost, time, scope, quality, and risk management elements of each project.

About the role:

As an expert in program management, you will:

  • Manage project communications and stakeholder coordination:ย Facilitates communication across the team, sponsors, contractors, and functional areas; maintains project email groups and supports strong client relationships.
  • Conduct meeting planning and follow-up:ย Schedules, prepares for, and attends internal/external meetings; creates agendas, documents discussions, distributes minutes, and tracks action items and decisions.
  • Project documentation, training, and reporting:ย Manages the collection, filing, archiving, and transfer of project documents; supports training records and study-specific training logistics; prepares status reports and project metrics.
  • Provide financial, proposal, and operational support:ย Leads proposals, cost estimates, change orders, and budget closeouts; tracks project budgets, supports forecasting and invoicing, and helps drive revenue, billability, margins, and biometrics team targets.

This role is open to considering candidates from United States or Canada.

Requirements

To be successful you will possess:

  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree in a scientific area and/or relevant experienceย 
  • 1.5 years' experience in program management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Englishย 
  • Demonstrates attention to detailย 
  • Exhibits emerging planning and organizational skillsย 
  • Adaptable and innovative individual with novice level skills relating to daily task management, financial awareness, resource and contract managementย
