• Conduct thorough video intake assessments with new clients to evaluate their mental health status, daily functioning, and lifestyle habits.
• Develop and implement customized therapeutic programs that effectively integrate activities into clients' daily routines to promote sustainable mental health practices.
• Provide ongoing support via our digital platform, offering real-time encouragement, psychoeducation, and adaptive adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Regularly monitor client progress using engagement data and clinical assessments, ensuring care plans are continuously optimized to meet evolving needs.
• Recognize and celebrate client achievements, while collaboratively addressing any barriers that may hinder their engagement in the treatment process.
• Document all client interactions and maintain meticulous clinical records in line with professional standards and best practices.
• Adhere to confidentiality protocols, ensuring clinical records are managed in compliance with HIPAA regulations and state guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to contribute to integrated and holistic client care.
• Engage in regular case reviews, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

You will primarily work with clients experiencing a spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, trauma, and co-occurring behavioral health issues. Your empathetic approach and therapeutic expertise will empower clients to navigate their personal challenges and foster resilience in their lives.

• Must possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and hold an active state licensure in good standing.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical social work experience, with a focus on providing psychotherapy in a similar setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in employing technology-based solutions in daily practice.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients empathetically and professionally.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment, contributing to collective goals and initiatives.
• Self-motivated and reliable, with a strong dedication to enhancing client outcomes through diligence and creativity.

• Experience with simulation-based education and providing clinical supervision is highly favored.
• Background in teaching and higher education within the field of social work is a plus.
