• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies that cater to clients' unique needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, appropriate for individuals, families, and groups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, meeting both legal and ethical standards, to support ongoing treatment and care continuity.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, regularly participating in case discussions to optimize treatment strategies.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in mental health research and best practices through participation in professional development and training workshops.

This role focuses primarily on individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health services. Your expertise will assist clients experiencing a variety of mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders. Your work is essential in navigating their paths toward recovery and resilience.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• A thorough understanding of legal and ethical standards pertinent to mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to establish rapport with diverse client populations.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and handling related digital platforms.

• Specialized training or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with community resources and support services to assist clients in their recovery.

• Competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
