As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Inspiration Point Behavioral Health, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions aimed at assessing the mental health needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to support their emotional and psychological well-being.
• Creating individualized care plans that outline treatment goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes, ensuring regular follow-ups to monitor progress.
• Collaborating with internal multidisciplinary teams and community service providers to coordinate care, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support tailored to their unique needs.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential digital client records, employing electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate seamless service delivery and track client progress.

This role primarily focuses on working with diverse client populations, including those facing chronic illnesses, life-limiting conditions, and emotional distress associated with end-of-life challenges. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid California LCSW license and a master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience working with various demographics and client populations, ensuring the delivery of culturally competent care.
• Robust digital literacy and comfort with telehealth platforms for effective remote counseling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of trust and rapport with clients through virtual interactions.

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience will stand out:
