This role is primarily remote, utilizing telehealth platforms to connect with clients and provide therapy services effectively. You will also have the opportunity to engage in team meetings and collaborative care planning sessions via video conferencing. • Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather comprehensive information regarding clients’ mental health history, and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that meet their specific needs.
• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions that address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Adapt your techniques to suit the diverse backgrounds and preferences of your clients.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure holistic care and comprehensive support for all patients, enhancing treatment effectiveness.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and peer supervision, enabling you to stay updated on the latest therapeutic modalities and industry standards.
• Actively contribute ideas and feedback during team meetings to improve service delivery processes and enhance program effectiveness, ensuring our services evolve with the changing needs of our clients.

Your role will primarily involve working with adults and adolescents facing emotional challenges. Our clients come from diverse cultural backgrounds and vary in their experiences with mental health conditions, allowing you to enrich your clinical skills and awareness of different therapeutic approaches.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Must hold an active state license/certification as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• At least three (3) years of clinical experience working with individuals facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges is required.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport quickly with clients and foster trust throughout the therapeutic process.

• Experience utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred but not required. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and related technologies will be beneficial.
• Previous experience in outpatient settings is an advantage, as well as familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices in mental health counseling.

• We offer a competitive salary range of $78,000 to $115,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience.
