This role is primarily remote, utilizing telehealth platforms to connect with clients and provide therapy services effectively. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather comprehensive information regarding clients’ mental health history, and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that meet their specific needs.
  • Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions that address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Adapt your techniques to suit the diverse backgrounds and preferences of your clients.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure holistic care and comprehensive support for all patients, enhancing treatment effectiveness.
  • Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and peer supervision, enabling you to stay updated on the latest therapeutic modalities and industry standards.
  • Actively contribute ideas and feedback during team meetings to improve service delivery processes and enhance program effectiveness, ensuring our services evolve with the changing needs of our clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve working with adults and adolescents facing emotional challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.
  • Must hold an active state license/certification as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • At least three (3) years of clinical experience working with individuals facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges is required.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport quickly with clients and foster trust throughout the therapeutic process.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred but not required. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and related technologies will be beneficial.
