• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s needs.
• Assess clients' mental health status, crafting comprehensive treatment plans aimed at fostering emotional well-being and personal growth.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure continuity of care and holistic treatment approaches for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records to document patient progress and treatment adjustments, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain well-versed in the latest mental health practices and innovations.
• Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and feedback to improve clinic operations and enhance overall client experiences.

Your clientele will consist of individuals across varying age groups and backgrounds, each grappling with distinct challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. You will have the opportunity to work with families seeking counseling services that foster growth and understanding. Each interaction will reinforce your ability to build strong therapeutic relationships that encourage client trust and open dialogue.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid California license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• At least two years of experience in a mental health clinical setting, with diverse client exposure.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by an ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Experience providing telehealth services within a remote framework is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based therapy.
• Previous work in a multidisciplinary team setting, contributing to collaborative care.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
