In your role as an LMFT, you will be responsible for a variety of clinical tasks that directly support our patients’ mental health needs:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and specific needs.
• Coordinate care among multidisciplinary teams and provide consultation to team members for comprehensive treatment planning.
• Administer individual, family, or group psychotherapeutic treatment tailored to patients’ unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.
• Maintain strong liaisons with community agencies to facilitate resource allocation and support for patients.
• Document treatment plans and clinical notes accurately, ensuring compliance with established medical records policies.
• Advocate for clients through disposition planning and community engagement, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.

As an LMFT, you will primarily serve adult and geriatric populations, with potential opportunities to extend services to child and adolescent groups in the near future. Your expertise will be vital in helping clients navigate challenges such as relationship issues, trauma, depression, and anxiety, ultimately guiding them towards positive outcomes and enhanced quality of life.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California.
