• Establish and maintain a positive rapport with clients, building trust and promoting open communication during therapy sessions.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized, outcome-oriented treatment plans tailored to each client’s diverse needs.
• Engage clients in individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and other modalities.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and adherence to goals.
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to facilitate comprehensive care and effective referrals for required specialized services.
• Document all clinical interactions and maintain detailed case records according to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

As an LMFT at Omni Healing Care Center, you will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and significant life transitions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding clients toward healthier life choices and emotional well-being.

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to conduct individual and group therapy sessions effectively, demonstrating a commitment to the therapeutic process.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management capabilities to prioritize client needs and administrative duties.

• Previous experience in a telehealth environment is highly beneficial, allowing for a smooth transition into our remote service model.
• Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems or similar technology to streamline documentation and client management.
• Demonstrated experience in working with specific populations such as marginalized communities, veterans, or those with chronic mental health conditions.
