• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, forming the basis for individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions, focusing on common therapeutic challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care to clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuous education opportunities, ensuring you remain informed about the latest therapeutic practices and methodologies.
• Proactively contribute innovative ideas to enhance service delivery, with the goal of improving client engagement and outcomes.

You will provide therapy to individuals seeking help with various mental health issues, and your role will be instrumental in facilitating their personal growth and emotional healing.

• A master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active state license in one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience working with clients facing emotional and psychological challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients.

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred, supporting efficient administration and documentation of client care.
• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques is advantageous.
