• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions via secure online platforms, employing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant frameworks.
• Engage clients in collaborative goal-setting, offering guidance, support, and resources throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Maintain a diverse toolkit of therapeutic strategies that address the varied needs and preferences of clients, ensuring that each session is tailored to their unique context.
• Document sessions and client progress accurately and promptly, utilizing our integrated electronic health record system to ensure continuity of care.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Holding a Master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport and establishing a therapeutic alliance with clients in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrated ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding of clients’ experiences.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for managing client caseload and documentation in a remote environment.

• Prior experience providing teletherapy services, with familiarity in navigating virtual clinical environments.
• Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities or specialties that enhance the therapy offerings available in our network.
• Experience with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms for client management.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, contingent upon caseload and experience.
