Job description

We are seeking Bilingual Medical Scheduler for one of our top healthcare clients! This is 6-months contract with potential extension/conversion.


Location: Remote- US

Pay: $19/hr.

Schedule: an 8 hour shift within a time range of 6a-11p EST


As a Bilingual Spanish/English Medical Scheduler, you will respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels including telephone, e-mail, web chat and digital channels (including online, mobile & IVR) in a cross functional Contact Center.


This person will be responsible for:

Telephone customer service

Scheduling medical appointments

Follow scripting tools, enter data as required, accurately

Adhere to scheduled hours


Requirements:

2 years of customer service background or medical scheduling

Must be bilingual English and Spanish

Friendly and compassionate

Detail oriented

Follow scripting/directions/schedule
