You will be working with a diverse client population, presenting a wide range of social, emotional, and psychological challenges. Although primarily remote, you may occasionally need to engage in meetings or community events that may take place locally.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and evaluate the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients.
• Provide evidence-based individual and group counseling to individuals and families facing diverse challenges, ensuring session goals are met effectively.
• Develop and implement personalized service plans, integrating clients' goals, strengths, and needs.
• Advocate for clients’ access to resources, rights, and essential services while addressing critical social justice concerns.
• Contribute to the continual improvement of programs through evaluation techniques and grant reporting, ensuring alignment with community needs.
• Collaborate proactively with local organizations, government agencies, and community volunteers to enhance service delivery and client support.
• Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach initiatives to support organizational growth and personal development.

As an LCSW with Change Makers LLC, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families dealing with various challenges such as mental health issues, trauma, and socio-economic barriers. Your ability to recognize and adapt to the unique needs of each client will empower them on their path toward healing and growth.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is a must.
• Demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed care principles, social justice advocacy, and community resources.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and organizational skills are essential in building relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

• Previous experience working within a nonprofit organization is highly preferred, providing valuable context for our mission-driven work.
• Familiarity with case management systems and evidence-based therapeutic methodologies will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
• Experience in program development and evaluation will be advantageous as it informs our commitment to continuous improvement.

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 75,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
