Your primary duties will include:

The patients you will serve often face complex challenges due to the presence of multiple conditions. As a therapist at Beyond Mind, you will play an essential role in navigating these complexities to promote patient health and well-being.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• A commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical codes while ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms for therapy and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
