Health Access Medical Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time role requires the candidate to manage a minimum caseload of 25 clients, providing high-quality virtual therapy services. Our digital therapeutics platform is designed to facilitate a collaborative work environment despite physical distances. We handle administrative functions including new client acquisition, billing, insurance verification, and compliance audits, enabling you to focus on what truly matters—delivering impactful psychotherapy to clients.

• Provide virtual therapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Develop treatment plans tailored to the individual needs and recovery goals of each client.
• Utilize tools like Electronic Health Records (EHR) to document client progress and coordinate care.
• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate client mental health status and establish appropriate interventions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to remain current with best practices in social work and mental health.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for clients.
• Engage in regular supervision and consultation to enhance clinical skills and client outcomes.

Your primary focus will be working with clients in a detox center setting, predominantly targeting individuals aged 18 and older who are facing substance use challenges. This role requires a strong commitment to advocating for diverse populations, including the LGBTQIA+ community, ensuring that all clients feel understood, respected, and supported throughout their recovery journey.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license in the state of Nevada.
• Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.
• Professional malpractice insurance is required.
• Prior experience with minority and diverse populations.

• Experience working specifically with the LGBTQIA+ community, although this is not mandatory.
• Understanding and willingness to support men's mental health issues is favored.
• Prior experience in a detox or addiction treatment setting.

The salary for this position ranges between USD 85,000 and 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
