Job Description

This position reports to the Call Center Director and will be responsible for enhancing the caller's overall customer service experience by providing timely support, accurate information, and promoting more progressive use of the MyCSN system. This position provides additional operational support to the Office of the Registrar, Student Financial Services, the Cashier's Office, and all other CSN Departments on a daily basis.

  • Data entry maintenance and/or keyboard skills
