Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clientsโ€™ mental and emotional well-being, helping to identify underlying issues and establishing a baseline for treatment.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, integrating evidence-based practices to address their unique needs and goals.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions for clients across the lifespan, addressing a diverse spectrum of mental health concerns from anxiety to depression and life transitions.
  • Lead couples therapy sessions with a focus on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and building stronger relationships.
  • Regularly review and adapt treatment plans to reflect clientsโ€™ progress and evolving needs, ensuring ongoing support and effective interventions.
  • Maintain meticulous client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care to clients, enhancing overall treatment outcomes.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being during challenging times.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field through continuous professional development and supervision opportunities.
  • Advocate for clients by empowering them to make informed decisions about their treatment and connecting them with additional resources when necessary.
  • Encourage self-care practices among clients and promote personal well-being techniques to help maintain emotional resilience.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base is diverse, including adolescents grappling with developmental challenges, adults dealing with stress, trauma, or relational issues, and couples seeking to improve their partnerships. By providing tailored support, you will help clients identify their personal goals and work towards achieving greater emotional stability and healthier relationships.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related discipline is required.
  • An active, unrestricted state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in electronic health record systems.
  • A strong commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality regarding client information.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in providing therapy to both individuals and couples, with demonstrated effectiveness in treatment delivery.
  • A background in working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and various adult demographics.
  • Experience with virtual therapy delivery is an advantage, demonstrating agility in adapting techniques for remote applications.
Compensation and Benefits
