We are expanding our GDM Sales Support team and hiring a Regional Sales Specialist to join us. This front-line role is for a strategic digital thinker who makes what we have to offer at GDM simple, clear, and actionable - from digital products and platforms to attribution and ROI reporting.
This front-line role is for a strategic digital thinker who makes what we have to offer at GDM simple, clear, and actionable - from digital products and platforms (Google Ads, Meta, WideOrbit, OMS) to attribution and ROI reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex digital concepts into business-ready value that empowers teams and supports client success. This position is fully remote and can be applied for from any state where Gray Media operates.
As a Regional Sales Specialist at Gray Digital Media, you will provide the expertise and guidance that empower client-facing teams to have stronger conversations, confidently recommend solutions, and show the real impact of digital advertising. By turning complex ideas into clear insights, you will play a key role in demonstrating value, supporting client success, and strengthening GDM's position as a trusted partner.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Act as a subject matter expert onGDM's digital suite of products, platforms, and attribution tools.
• Provide client-facing teams with strategic guidance, talking points, and best practices to address evolving client needs.
• Translate technical product features and performance data into clear, business-focused value propositions.
• Deliver reporting and attribution insights that connect digital activity to ROI and measurable results.
• Stay current on digital trends and tools to provide client-facing teams with the latest industry information.
• Support platform access, campaign tracking, and implementation where technical expertise is required.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital media, digital marketing strategy, or client solutions
• Proficiency in, or the ability to quickly learn, Gray systems such as WideOrbit, OMG, BI Tools, and digital platforms (Google Ads, DSPs, Meta Ads Manager, etc)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and operational information into clear, client-ready insights
• Skilled at bridging technical detail to business context to help teams position solutions effectively
• Understanding of attribution models, ROI reporting, and performance measurement
• Highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative
Preferred Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and attribution reporting
