Job description

100% Remote Telehealth Physician - Family Medicine - Washington | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | $180,000-$220,000

About the Opportunity

Washington physicians get the most natural fit in the country for this schedule: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific, worked from home in Seattle, Spokane, or anywhere in the state.

My client is a leading virtual healthcare organization transforming the delivery of primary and urgent care through an innovative employer-sponsored telehealth model. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join their established clinical team. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice medicine in a fully remote, collaborative environment where physicians are supported by experienced clinical colleagues, dedicated nursing staff, and streamlined technology that allows them to focus on patient care, not administrative burden. The physician will provide comprehensive virtual primary and urgent care to patients nationwide through secure video visits and messaging while delivering a high-quality, relationship-centered care experience.

Why Physicians Love This Opportunity

  • 100% remote position
  • Monday-Friday schedule | No weekends or overnight call
  • Four weeks (20 days) of paid time off
  • Collaborative, physician-led culture with excellent work-life balance
  • Dedicated onsite nursing support for care coordination
  • Modern technology with optional AI-assisted documentation
  • Comprehensive medical and dental insurance
  • Malpractice insurance provided
  • 401(k)
  • Reimbursement for additional state medical licenses

Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly, high-quality, patient-centered primary and urgent care rooted in respect for patients and a passion for helping others.
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic primary care and urgent care conditions, including ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, and coordinating follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team consisting of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and Licensed Practical Nurses.
  • Partner with the clinical team to develop and enhance technology that improves patient care and the provider experience.
  • Support clinical education and marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications (Required)

  • MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license in an Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) state.
  • Minimum of one year of outpatient clinical practice as a Family Medicine or Primary Care Physician.
  • Available to work Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM PT (12:00 PM-8:00 PM CT / 1:00 PM-9:00 PM ET).
  • Comfortable utilizing telehealth technology and electronic medical records.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and patient engagement skills.
  • A compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care.

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Current participation in the IMLC or active medical licenses in multiple states.
  • Spanish bilingual.
  • Previous telemedicine experience.

Licensure: One IMLC State Is Enough

You only need to be licensed in one participating State of Principal License (SPL) under the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact. As long as you hold a full, unrestricted medical license in an eligible SPL and meet the IMLC requirements, you can use the compact's expedited process to obtain licensure in additional participating states, and additional state licenses are reimbursed. Participating states: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
