This position is fully remote, offering flexibility to engage with clients from the comfort of your own space. As a part of our Community Health Clinic, you will be supported by a collaborative online environment that emphasizes teamwork, continuous learning, and client empowerment. Regular business hours will be maintained, but occasional evenings and weekends may be required based on client needs and program initiatives.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and understand the social, emotional, and environmental challenges faced by clients.
• Design and implement personalized service plans that articulate specific goals, intervention strategies, and methods for monitoring progress.
• Provide counseling and therapeutic support to individuals and families navigating difficulties, employing evidence-based practices to foster meaningful change.
• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized plans that align their specific needs with available community resources and services.
• Utilize crisis intervention techniques, perform risk assessments, and ensure proper safety planning when necessary to stabilize client situations.
• Work alongside community agencies to facilitate service coordination and advocacy efforts that enhance client outcomes.
• Engage in active community outreach to raise awareness about the agency's services while advocating for social issues affecting our client base.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences, team meetings, and professional training to enhance service delivery and personal development.

Our clientele is diverse, encompassing individuals and families impacted by homelessness, domestic violence, substance abuse, and poverty. As a Social Worker at Life Stance Therapy Center, you will be at the forefront of addressing these complex issues, using your expertise to empower clients to overcome obstacles and improve their quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong knowledge base in areas of social and economic justice, trauma-informed care, and community resources.
• Exceptional communication skills and cultural competence to effectively engage with a diverse client population.
• Problem-solving abilities that prioritize client safety and well-being.

• Prior experience working in social service agencies or mental health settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with case management tools and software, as well as evidence-based intervention strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex social systems and a deep understanding of community resources available in Nevada.

The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
