• Provide direct clinical services to clients suffering from major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders through virtual therapy sessions.

• Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to address client needs and enhance the overall service delivery process.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans that align with clients' unique challenges and goals, ensuring access to the necessary resources.

• Implement evidence-based interventions and monitor client progress toward therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment for healing and personal growth.

• Participate in crisis intervention and management, employing de-escalation techniques when necessary to ensure client safety.

• Document all client interactions accurately, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by participating in clinical committees and team meetings.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Heal Street Wellness Center, you will have the opportunity to support a diverse population, particularly individuals from underserved communities who face significant barriers to mental health care. Our clients include adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other psychological challenges. You will play a pivotal role in helping them navigate their mental health journeys through compassionate clinical support.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and a commitment to continuous professional development.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment while managing individual responsibilities autonomously.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred, enhancing our ability to serve a wider client base.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote case management systems is a plus.
