• Deliver high-quality counseling, psychotherapy, and case management to individuals, couples, and families facing mental health challenges.
• Develop personalized, comprehensive treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client, including measurable goals to assess progress over time.
• Advocate for clients by connecting them to crucial resources, including financial aid, housing support, and other essential social services.
• Provide crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute mental health issues, such as suicidal ideation, substance use crises, or severe trauma responses, ensuring immediate and effective care.
• Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and reducing stigma.
• Maintain precise and timely case records, treatment plans, and progress notes compliant with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing mentorship and professional development opportunities to enhance both clinical skills and personal growth.

As an LCSW at Chrysalis Health Counseling, you will primarily work with clients who are navigating the complex landscape of mental health and substance use disorders. Your therapeutic interventions will target a diverse range of needs, from acute distress and trauma to relationship issues and individual coping strategies. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.
• A valid Nevada License (LCSW) with the capability to practice independently.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to client care, with a strong emphasis on cultural competence and the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated experience providing therapy and support to individuals, couples, and families.

• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with particular emphasis on substance use and mental health disorders.
• Familiarity with detox treatment methodologies and evidence-based practices in mental health.
• Experience in crisis intervention and supportive counseling.

The annual compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
