At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality mental health care to the underserved communities across the nation. Our wholly remote outpatient mental health clinic allows us to connect with patients regardless of their geographical location. Our team is composed of highly skilled and compassionate individuals who prioritize not only the well-being of our clients but also foster an enriching and supportive environment for our employees. Our innovative approach is driven by a dedication to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development.

Work Environment

This role benefits from an entirely remote working environment, enabling flexibility and adaptability for our licensed professionals. You will collaborate closely with a diverse team of mental health expertsโ€”including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workersโ€”through digital communication platforms, ensuring coordinated care for our patients. Regular case consultations and team meetings further enhance professional collaboration and collective learning.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments of individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, followed by the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address patients' unique mental health needs.
  • Maintaining compliance with HIPAA and other regulations by keeping accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
  • Collaborating with an integrated treatment team to provide holistic care and address complex patient needs.
  • Educating patients and their families on treatment options, mental health issues, and community resources that could enhance care.
  • Participating in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and staying abreast of new research in mental health, which will inform your clinical practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse array of patients, including individuals with chronic illnesses, terminal diagnoses, and significant psychosocial stressors. Your approach will be tailored to each patientโ€™s background, cultural beliefs, and family dynamics, ensuring that care aligns with both individual needs and organizational standards for hospice care.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using solution-focused psychotherapy techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enhancing connections with clients and collaboration with team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing for effective treatment planning.
  • Ability to function independently as well as within a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience providing social work services in hospice, palliative care, or a related health care setting.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
  • Background in multidisciplinary team collaboration and case management.
Compensation and Benefits
  • An annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, based on qualifications and experience.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • Life and long-term disability insurance coverage.
  • Liability and malpractice insurance provided at no cost.
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for mental health support.
  • Encouragement of professional development with unlimited patient referrals, allowing you to focus more on care than on administrative tasks.
  • A diverse and supportive workplace with a full caseload available from day one to ensure a fulfilling career experience.
