As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments of individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, followed by the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans.
• Utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address patients' unique mental health needs.
• Maintaining compliance with HIPAA and other regulations by keeping accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
• Collaborating with an integrated treatment team to provide holistic care and address complex patient needs.
• Educating patients and their families on treatment options, mental health issues, and community resources that could enhance care.
• Participating in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and staying abreast of new research in mental health, which will inform your clinical practice.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse array of patients, including individuals with chronic illnesses, terminal diagnoses, and significant psychosocial stressors. Your approach will be tailored to each patient’s background, cultural beliefs, and family dynamics, ensuring that care aligns with both individual needs and organizational standards for hospice care.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using solution-focused psychotherapy techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enhancing connections with clients and collaboration with team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing for effective treatment planning.
• Ability to function independently as well as within a team-oriented environment.

• Experience providing social work services in hospice, palliative care, or a related health care setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Background in multidisciplinary team collaboration and case management.
