Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges to understand their unique needs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized service plans tailored to their goals, integrating appropriate interventions and consistent progress monitoring.
• Provide individual and family counseling, utilizing evidence-based practices to address various life challenges effectively.
• Engage in crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments to ensure clients' safety and well-being during critical situations.
• Network with community agencies and organizations to facilitate resource connections and advocate for clients' needs.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote our services and raise awareness about mental health and social issues.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
