This role focuses on developing clear, credible messaging, supporting GTM prioritization, and translating complex technology and science into customer-facing value stories.

You will work closely with Product, Sales, Brand, and Marketing teams to help ensure domain launches and campaigns are well-positioned, execution-ready, and aligned to overall portfolio strategy and messaging standards.

This role is well-suited for a strong hands-on product marketer who enjoys working in technical environments and bringing clarity, structure, and consistency to go-to-market efforts.

Job Duties

Develop domain messaging and narrative

  • Create and maintain messaging and positioning for assigned domains and solutions
  • Apply established message hierarchies and portfolio “anchors” to ensure consistency
  • Support refinement of value propositions and differentiation using customer and market insights

Support GTM prioritization and governance

  • Participate in GTM tiering discussions and help document decisions and outcomes
  • Support readiness gates by ensuring required messaging, proof, and enablement inputs are delivered
  • Maintain clear GTM documentation to support alignment across teams
Execute domain go-to-market plans
  • Author domain GTM briefs outlining target audiences, messaging, proof points, plays, and success metrics
  • Partner with Brand, Demand/ABM, and Growth teams to support campaigns and GTM programs
  • Help ensure consistent execution of GTM plans across channels

Translate technology and science into customer value

  • Translate technical, digital, and scientific capabilities into clear, customer-friendly messaging
  • Support development of proof assets such as case studies, use cases, and outcome stories
  • Ensure claims are accurate, credible, and usable by Sales teams

Support sales enablement

  • Create and update sales enablement assets including presentations, one-pagers, talk tracks, FAQs, and battlecards
  • Incorporate feedback from Sales to improve messaging and usability over time

What Success Looks Like

  • Clear, actionable domain GTM briefs that are actively used by marketing and sales teams
  • Launches and campaigns that meet defined readiness expectations
  • Consistent messaging and claims across assigned domains
  • Increased Sales confidence and message adoption
Qualifications

Preferred Background

  • 8–10 years of experience in Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, or Go-To-Market roles
  • Experience working with enterprise or B2B technology products
  • Digital technology experience preferred
  • Oil & gas, energy, industrial, or adjacent technical industry experience preferred
  • Exposure to or experience supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional, matrixed environments

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Solid understanding of positioning and messaging frameworks
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for customer audiences
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with GTM processes and governance
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.  Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available including Senior Product Marketing.

Why Join Us
