Job description

Omada Health is on a mission to bend the curve of chronic disease.
Job overview:
Omada Health is looking for an experienced product marketing leader to drive strategy across our full cardiometabolic suite - including diabetes, hypertension, prediabetes, weight management, cholesterol and GLP-1 programs - with an emphasis on new products coming to market. You will lead a team of 2-3 product marketers and partner across product, clinical and commercial teams to synthesize market feedback, understand our business buyers and their buying process and shape the go-to-market process. This individual will be a strategic thinker, a skilled storyteller and experienced cross-functional operator. You will own positioning, GTM strategy and sales enablement across all stakeholder audiences serving as the subject matter expert who helps widen the gap between Omada and our competitors and ensures the successful launch of new offerings.
About you:
  • 10+ years experience in B2B marketing, including 5+ years in Healthcare & Life Sciences (pharma, health plan, PBM, or virtual care/digital health preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing and developing marketing talent, with a track record of building and leading high performing teams
  • Demonstrated product marketing craft: buyer research and insights, messaging and positioning, GTM planning, product launches, sales enablement, and content marketing
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality content including presentations, product guides, web content and other assets that support sales enablement
  • Experience creating KPIs and measurement plans to monitor marketing execution.
  • Ability to inspire, influence and communicate across all levels of management while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
Your impact:
Omada is at an inflection point. We are growing high double digits and expect to accelerate. To get there, we need commercial experts, highly engaged teams, and a one-team mindset. As the Director, Cardiometabolic Product Marketing, you've got an exciting job to lead the following critical efforts:
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Development
  • Partner with cardiometabolic product and commercial leadership on portfolio strategy and GTM planning, with priority on new product launches.
  • Be the voice of the customer for R&D and commercial teams, using insights gathered from research, data, marketing intelligence, and customer and member needs.
  • Help shape product and go-to-market road maps based on market gaps, competitive intelligence, and customer and member needs across the cardiometabolic portfolio.
  • Clearly define and articulate our competitive position for our cardiometabolic suite and each new product entering the market.
  • Lead packaging and pricing for our cardiometabolic products - including go-to-market packaging for new offerings to ensure alignment with the market.
Program Evolution & Launches
  • Own the positioning and messaging across the cardiometabolic suite, ensuring an integrated portfolio narrative and clear differentiation for new products.
  • Lead end-to-end GTM launches for new cardiometabolic products, from pre-launch readiness through launch execution and post-launch optimization.
  • Partner with Clinical Team and Thought Leadership teams on cardiometabolic evidence generation, reports, and thought leadership planning and messaging
  • Create a variety of marketing assets such as web landing pages, videos, presentations, ad copy, FAQs, and one pagers to drive business growth.
Sales Enablement
  • Support large cardiometabolic opportunities with sales pitches, sales deck support, demos, and partner with Customer Effectiveness team on training sessions and materials for the cardiometabolic portfolio.
  • Act as the primary product marketing POC for the cardiometabolic suite with Omada stakeholders (eg, commercial, product, clinical).

Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior product marketers, setting clear priorities, providing regular feedback, and creating growth pathways aligned to business needs.
  • Build a high-performing, collaborative PMM culture that emphasizes ownership, proactivity, and accountability for outcomes across product lines and go-to-market motions.
  • Provide day-to-day direction and coaching to ensure the team operates effectively with cross-functional partners and delivers on shared goals.
  • Establish operating rhythms, standards, and best practices for the PMM team (e.g., planning cadences, launch templates, review processes) to improve consistency, quality, and speed of execution.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary with generous annual cash bonus
  • Equity grants
  • Remote first work from home culture
  • Flexible Time Off to help you rest, recharge, and connect with loved ones
  • Generous parental leave
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (and above market employer contributions)
  • 401k retirement savings plan
  • Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA)
  • Mental Health Support Solutions
  • ...and more!

It takes a village to change health care. As we build together toward our mission, we strive to embody the following values in our day-to-day work. We hope these hold meaning for you as well as you consider Omada!
  • Cultivate Trust. We listen closely and we operate with kindness. We provide respectful and candid feedback to each other.
  • Seek Context. We ask to understand and we build connections. We do our research up front to move faster down the road.
  • Act Boldly. We innovate daily to solve problems, improve processes, and find new opportunities for our members and customers.
  • Deliver Results. We reward impact above output. We set a high bar, we're not afraid to fail, and we take pride in our work.
  • Succeed Together. We prioritize Omada's progress above team or individual. We have fun as we get stuff done, and we celebrate together.
  • Remember Why We're Here. We push through the challenges of changing health care because we know the destination is worth it.
