Primary Responsibilities:  

  • Manages non-exempt employees
  • Responsible for the operational activities of a variety of departments
  • Receives assignments in form of specific objectives
  • Reviews and analyzes reports, records and directives, and confers with managers/ supervisors to obtain data required for planning activities, such as new commitments, status of work in progress, and problems encountered
  • Provides directions to employees according to policies and management guidance
  • May evaluate current procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives and develop and implement improved procedures and practices
  • Administers company policies that directly affect operations
  • Interacts with subordinate supervisors, outside customers and functional peer groups at management levels. Interactions normally require the ability to gain cooperation from others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.
  • Motivates, provides support and guidance to team leads and directions to exempt employees and/or skilled nonexempt employees (i.e. AR Specialists, Clerical/Data Entry/Payment Representatives)
  • Complexity in business is middle range - large

Required Qualifications: 

  • 5 years of operational experience 
  • 3 years of managerial experience
  • Experience with Epic, Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Proven knowledge of Operations management in a Medical Billing office
  • Proven excellent organizational skills, excellent communication skills (verbal/written), and management skills

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Physician billing experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
