As Principal Product Manager for Benefits,ย you'llย shape how millions of people understand, access, and use the benefits their employers provide. Benefits are often the most valuable thing employees receive outside their paycheck, yet theyย remainย confusing, fragmented, and underused. Youย are here to helpย change that. Working at the center of our platform,ย you'llย define the strategy for how members discoverย what'sย available to them, navigate complex eligibility rules, and connect to the right care at the right moment.ย ย
You will lead the product vision and roadmap for our unified benefits experience across medical, pharmacy, and ancillary programs, built on top ofย our internal platform and services.ย You'llย partner closely with engineering, design, data, and product peers acrossย the organizationย to deliverย featurecomplete,ย highreliabilityย experiencesย that help people understand their benefits in a way that makes sense to them.ย ย
This is aย principallevel,ย highleverageย individual contributorย role:ย you'llย be expected to set strategy, drive complexย crossorgย delivery, mentor other PMs, and be theย gotoย product leader for all things benefitsย at the organization.ย
Whatย you'llย doย
- Define and evolve the product vision for how members discover, understand, and use their benefits.ย
- Own theย end-to-end product roadmap forย member-facing benefitsย and enrollmentย featuresย includingย Member-facing and administrative componentsย ย
- Establishย a single sourceย of truth for benefit content and configuration, mapping legacyย dataย and behaviors into a unified model with engineering and fellow PMs.ย
- Translate executive and client commitments into a sequenced plan with explicit tradeoffs, dependencies, and cut lines, and keep that plan real as priorities shift.ย
- Drive accuracy and efficiency in how we gatherย benefitsย information from employers, partnering with content management and implementation.ย
- Define and instrument success metrics for benefits from task completion on "find what's covered" to OE error rates and digital ID card usage.ย
- Partner with client implementation, clinical operations, and support leadership so engineering timelines leave room for training, UAT, and change management beforeย launch.ย
- Ship meaningful improvements on a fast, iterative cadence.ย
- Represent benefits in executive and cross functional forums with crisp narratives, options, and recommendations.ย
ย
Whatย we'reย looking forย
- 10+ years of product management experience, includingย significant timeย as a Senior or Lead PM owning complex,ย multiteamย products or platforms.ย
- Deep familiarity with healthcare benefits and dataย includingย eligibility, plans and plan designs, accumulators/deductibles/OOP max, ID cards, coverage rules, andย claims data,ย and how they show up inย memberfacingย experiences.ย
- Provenย track recordย shipping both internal and external product experiences in a B2B2C or enterprise SaaS contextย with an emphasis onย reliability, correctness, and configuration flexibility.ย
- Demonstrated success leadingย crossorg,ย crossplatformย initiatives (spanning multiple apps, services, or interfaces) with hard external dates and real operational consequences.ย
- Strong product sense: you can take dense benefit and platform constraints and turn them into flows that feel simple and trustworthy to members.ย
- Exceptional communication and influence skills - equally effective with engineers, designers, clinical leaders, client teams, and executives.ย
- Naturallyย curious individuals who enjoy discovering how things work and finding ways to improve upon themย
- Humble attitudes and a penchant for solving hard problemsย
- Experience in startup environments is a plus!ย

You mustย be authorized toย work in the United States. Depending on theย positionย we may have a preference to a specificย location, butย areย generally openย to remote work anywhere in the US.ย
