Drive revenue growth for Swissbitโ€™s Memory Solutions, focusing on key target segments including Industrial, Defense, Networks & Communications, and Medical.
You are responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding strategic accounts, and converting qualified opportunities into closed business. Working closely with our sales representatives and technical teams, you actively build a strong pipeline, develop customer relationships, and turn opportunities into sustainable revenue.   • Identify, qualify, and convert new customer opportunities through targeted outreach, engagement, and valueโ€‘focused proposals
  • Direct and enforce performance standards for independent sales representatives by conducting periodic accountability meetings and driving consistent progress
  • Manage business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and develop tailored customer strategies
  • Create account plans, sales forecasts, and conduct regular customer reviews
  • Build strong relationships at all levels within customer organizations, from engineering to executive
  • Support new and existing customers with technical advice and commercial negotiations

Your profile
  • BS/AS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven B2B sales experience in NetCom or electronics/security markets
  • Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and problem-solving
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high personal responsibility, and a customer-first attitude
  • Digital proficiency in MS Office as well as AI and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
