Foth is currently seeking a Strategic Account Manager with consumer products (or related) engineering, construction, or manufacturing experience who is looking for new learning experiences, opportunities for career growth, and a desire to contribute to our clients' success.  This position will be working out of our Green Bay, WI or US-Based Remote work from home location. 
 
Position Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for both your assigned client(s) and your Foth project execution team, delivering personalized, client-centered service to develop and manage positive, long-term client relationships. By demonstrating dynamic and positive leadership, you will motivate a multi-disciplined team to support your clients' engineering, equipment, and capital execution needs, enabling them to lead in their market. You will represent Foth as the primary point of contact for the relationship with the client, working very autonomously.
 
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, technical expertise, financial acumen, and strong negotiation skills. They should be capable of generating revenue, delivering profitability, pursuing new opportunities, creating and implementing strategic plans, and making timely decisions. Flexibility in scheduling and the ability to travel as necessary are also required to meet the role's demands.
 
Position Responsibilities:
  • Profit & Loss responsibilities for capital execution projects withing a client account portfolio
  • Develop strategic and tactical plans to meet or exceed revenue objectives
  • Identify and influence key decision-makers at all levels within the client organization
  • Assume multiple roles during pursuits as it relates to qualifying, pursuing and closing opportunities
  • Drive and provide oversight on the development of client proposals 
  • Maintain accurate and timely client pipeline and forecasting data 
  • Develop and deliver presentations to Clients 
  • Coach cross-functional teams for upcoming client meetings and presentations
  • Demonstrate strategic decision making and conflict resolution
  • Build the overall client relationship and Foth's industry professional network
  • Collaborate with operations team on the planning of resources
  • Collaborate with risk management on the negotiation of client contracts
  • Ability to travel with short notice due to client needs. Average expected travel is 25-35%
 
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant professional experience
  • 10+ years of paper, converting, plastics or building materials (or related) industry experience within engineering or manufacturing
  • 7+ years of sales, account management, client development, and or stakeholder's management across business units
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience
 
Required Previous Recent Experience with the Following:
  • Account management experience
  • Prior experience developing revenue projections
  • Prior client relationship management experience
  • Prior experience managing cross functional teams and stakeholders
  • Prior experience in contract negotiation, management and administration 
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using social media platforms for business purposes
  • CRM platform experience
  • Experience managing capital project portfolios
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
 
$140,000 - $170,000 a year
 
The base compensation listed for this job posting reflects a general range for the posted position.  Base compensation will vary based on factors such as: years of experience, location, level of responsibility and licenses/certifications. In addition to base compensation, Foth members may be eligible to receive bonuses through our Earned Performance Incentive program.
