Job description

A law firm in Bradenton, Florida, seeks a Florida-licensed attorney with a minimum of 3 years of family law litigation experience. The associate will independently manage a caseload involving divorce, custody, support, modifications, and enforcement. Responsibilities include conducting discovery, attending hearings and mediations, drafting pleadings, and providing strategic client counsel.

• Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Billable Hours Requirement: 1,300–1,500 annually

Work Arrangement: This attorney position is full-time. The firm may be flexible and can accommodate remote or hybrid work for the right candidate. However, the associate must be able to appear in court in Manatee County and Sarasota County when necessary. The firm has systems in place to support remote work, including secure remote access and case management tools.
