This is a high-impact opportunity to help build and scale the customer marketing function within a fast-growing, product-led B2B SaaS environment at the forefront of AI-powered workflow orchestration. In this role, you will shape how customer stories, advocacy, and proof are transformed into strategic growth assets that support pipeline generation, enterprise trust, and product adoption. You will work cross-functionally across product marketing, sales, customer success, and demand generation to turn real customer success into compelling narratives and scalable programs. The position offers a rare chance to build a function almost from scratch, defining the systems, processes, and strategy that will elevate customer marketing into a core go-to-market driver. Operating in a highly collaborative, remote-first, and builder-driven culture, you will have strong ownership and visibility across the organization. Accountabilities:
  • Own and define the end-to-end customer marketing strategy, building a scalable foundation for advocacy, storytelling, and customer proof programs
  • Develop structured systems to identify, prioritize, and source high-impact customer stories across industries, use cases, and product areas
  • Create and maintain customer-facing assets such as case studies, testimonials, success narratives, reference materials, and co-marketing content
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Partnerships, Content, and Demand Generation teams to align messaging and leverage customer insights
  • Translate post-sale customer experiences into compelling assets that support sales conversations, enterprise deals, and marketing campaigns
  • Enable sales teams with effective customer proof materials to strengthen outbound efforts and improve conversion in complex deal cycles
  • Build repeatable workflows, tools, and processes to scale customer marketing operations over time
  • Measure performance of customer marketing initiatives and continuously optimize based on business and revenue impact
Requirements:
  • Senior-level experience in Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Advocacy, or content-driven storytelling within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to build structured programs and operating models in early-stage or evolving marketing functions
  • Strong track record of transforming customer insights into high-impact marketing and sales enablement assets
  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders in a fast-paced organization without direct authority
  • Excellent storytelling, editorial, and communication skills with a strong understanding of commercially valuable narratives
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic environment
  • Experience supporting enterprise or technical buying journeys with proof-based content and messaging
  • Familiarity with developer tools, AI, automation, infrastructure, or technical SaaS environments is a plus
  • Experience building or scaling customer advocacy or reference programs is highly valued
