Mortgage Loan Processing Team Lead - Remote Position

We are looking for experienced processors who may have been in a Team Lead/Training position.

This position is managing a small group of Processors, providing loan level assistance, performing ongoing training, and managing pipelines of their direct reports.

Previous management experience is needed. We want someone willing to help with difficult loan files to move them further into processing and that has a positive attitude and focuses on solutions.

Summary of Job Description:

  • A minimum of 4 recent years of closing/processing mortgage experience and 1 year senior mortgage loan processing experience.
  • Conventional, CONVENTIONAL, FHA/VA, NEW CONSTRUCTION, NON-QM guideline adherence
  • Ability to carry 35-40 files continually, submitting 25+ of those each month
  • Ability to submit files that require minimal conditions
  • Ability to analyze income/assets/collateral
  • Proven track record of performance amid a fast paced, high performance environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
