Curing Marriage and Family Therapy Services is seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain thorough client records by preparing and updating progress notes, as well as writing closing summaries and transfer documentation as necessary.
  • Lead intake assessments to determine the needs and goals of new clients, identifying presenting issues that may require immediate intervention.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies tailored to each clientโ€™s unique circumstances.
  • Coordinate special programs within our Behavioral Health Department to enhance service offerings, including managing projects that target specific community mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement community resources for preventative mental health initiatives, emphasizing education and outreach.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with LMFT requirements and elevate the levels of care provided to clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The LMFT will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability to cater to different cultural backgrounds, ensuring all clients feel welcomed and understood. Qualifications
