Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
Georgia Full-Time Remote / Telehealth
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
The Role
We are seeking an LMFT licensed in Georgia to join our remote clinical team. You'll provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families through scheduled video appointments and manage your own caseload. The role is centered on direct client work, with clinical documentation and team communication included as part of the position. You'll have a consistent weekday schedule and the ability to practice from a remote setting.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
  • Address relationship, family, emotional, and life-related concerns
  • Establish treatment priorities based on your clinical assessment
  • Apply appropriate therapeutic techniques within your scope of practice
  • Review cases and make changes to treatment when necessary
  • Complete required clinical records and session notes
  • Communicate with the clinical team regarding case needs
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with Georgia licensing requirements

Requirements
  • Active LMFT license in Georgia
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
  • Experience providing therapy in a clinical or virtual setting
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload remotely
